New Water Service:
Bell County WCID #3 only services addresses within the City of Nolanville
The following guidelines and list of requirements will aid in establishing utility service with the Water District. If additional information is needed or there are questions remaining, please contact the Office at (254) 698-6885 or by visiting us at 303 N. Main Street, in Nolanville.
Requirements for New Service
- Picture ID
- Meter Deposit of $170.00 (cash or money order. No checks please. A debit/credit card may be used for an additional $2.50 convenience fee).
- The above items must be submitted in person to the Office.
- There will be a $20.00 new customer connection fee added to the first bill.
Service Connection Guidelines
If the account is established before 4:00 PM, service will be connected by close of business that same day. It is not necessary for the account holder to be present at the time of connection. If they are unable to be present, make sure all faucets are cut off, because if something is left running inside the water will be cut back off.
Service connections are performed Monday through Friday during the times of 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Transfer of Water Service
Service at both locations will only be allowed for up to one week from the beginning service date.
Be prepared to provide your utility account number, former and new service addresses as well as request dates.
Requirements to Discontinue Water Service
- Name of account holder.
- Identifications of account holder.
- Requests submitted are to include discontinued service date
- Forwarding address for your final bill
Refund of Deposit
If you have a deposit on file, it will be credited to your final bill and any remaining balance will be forwarded to you. Customers are financially responsible for all utility accounts(water, sewer and trash) charges until the Water Department is notified to close the account.
